KLE Society, also known as the Karnataka Lingayat Education Society,
is a prominent educational institution in India. The three great selfless visionary founder members were Shri Sardar Veerabhadrappa Gunappa Naik, Rao Bhadur Desai of Chachadi, Rao Bahadur B C Artal, Sri Vaijappa A Angol, and the Seven dedicated teachers and Founder Life Members were Sri M R Sakhre, Prof.SS Basavanal, Sri H F Kattimani, Sri B B mamadapur, Sri B S Hanchinal, Sri Panditappa Chikodi and Sri V V Patil came together and their efforts led to the foundation of KLE. It was their firm belief that education was the only means of bringing about the material, intellectual and spiritual regeneration of mankind, they were inspired by the ideals of Satya1, Prema 1, Seva and Swarthathyaga 1 was found inscribed on the society’s emblem It was founded in 1916 by seven visionary individuals with the aim of providing quality education to all sections of society, especially the underprivileged.

The society is based in Karnataka, India, and operates numerous educational institutions across the state. These institutions include schools, colleges, and professional courses in various fields such as medicine, engineering, law, management, and more.
